FAQ and support

What is giga rich?

A non-custodial front end for launching and trading Solana meme coins through Raydium LaunchLab. You sign every transaction in your wallet; we never hold your funds. We do not perform KYC. This is not a statement that every use is lawful. Not financial advice. Coins can lose all value.

What are the fees?

Standard curve trades: 0.35% = 0.25% Raydium + 0.10% giga rich. Graduated CPMM: 0.25% + 0.05% = 0.30%, and 0.21% of every pool trade stays in the pool as LP fees. Network/rent/setup costs are separate. Fee details.

What happens at 85 SOL?

Raydium handles graduation to a CPMM pool. A full curve is not a live pool; migration can stall or fail. LP is locked to giga rich, not burned. The platform earns LP fees and the 0.05% creator fee, not the coin creator. Graduation.

Why is a coin hidden?

Spam, scams, unlawful material, impersonation, rights complaints or other abuse can lead to hiding. The board also requires site/platform provenance and the lowercase rich suffix; direct SDK launches may not qualify. Hiding does not stop on-chain trading or erase IPFS copies. A listing or crown is not an endorsement.

My transaction failed or looks stuck

Check your wallet activity and the signature in a Solana explorer before submitting again. The site may lag. If you rejected signing, there may be no broadcast transaction. Check the actual status if one was sent.

Keep SOL for network and account costs. Refresh expired quotes. Congestion, slippage, expiry or migration can cause failure. Raising slippage can mean a worse price, not guaranteed success. Failed on-chain transactions may still cost network fees. We cannot reverse confirmed transactions or recover wallet keys.

My wallet connects but cannot sign

It must sign and send v1 transactions. Update it from its official source and check the wallet guide. We do not use a version-0 or split-transaction fallback.

Can I delete an image or coin?

We can review site visibility, not erase Solana records or third-party IPFS copies. Treat uploaded images and coin metadata as permanent and public. Do not upload private information.
