- Buys can raise its rank; sells can lower it.
- Ties go to the earlier creation slot, then the coin address.
- Graduation passes the crown to the next eligible coin.
- Crown history records earlier winners. If no coin qualifies, there is no current king.
Board eligibility and moderation still apply. This is not a dollar market-cap contest, a reward payment or a promise about future activity. The crown does not change graduation rules or fees.
